Delivery information

The jfa ships on Saturdays*, worldwide. All packages are untracked. Our current delivery timeline is as follows, although deliveries may be delayed due to ongoing Covid-19 restrictions:

• United Kingdom: 2-4 business days

• Europe, including Russia: 7-10 business days

• Rest of the world: 7-10 business days

*Applicable to all orders made by 11.59pm BST the Friday before.

Returns policy

Due to various and ongoing Covid-19 restrictions, we will not be able to accept returns. However, if you believe you have received a defective product please contact info@thejfa.com with your full name, email address, order number, and receipt (if applicable) to arrange for a refund. Your refund will be issued to you within 5 working days. As we are a very small team, thank you very much in advance for bearing with us in case any delays occur!
